The Short Message Service is intended for all Banco Popolare Croatia clients. You can use it to obtain information on your account balance or account transactions at any time.
The service can be used at any place where GSM coverage is available and SMS messages can be sent and received.
By using the SMS
service, you can receive:
information on the EUR exchange rate on demand
information about any change of foreign exchange rate (with subscription)
credit reminder discretely reminding the client of when the next monthly annuity is due
information about any changes in the balance of your:
- current account
- giro account
- credit sub-account
- savings account

What do I need to use the service?

How to use the service?
By sending a message containing the PIN you have indicated for the respective account in the registration form to 098-486-369
CURRENT ACCOUNT:
* current account: first letter always R, followed by two letters or numbers of your choice.
 
LOANS:
* loans: first letter always K, followed by two letters or numbers of your choice.
SAVINGS ACCOUNT:
* savings account: first letter always S, followed by two letters or numbers of your choice.
 
GIRO ACCOUNTS:
* giro accounts: first letter always Z, followed by two letters or numbers of your choice. .
FOREIGN EXCHANGE LIST:
For information about the foreign exchange list, please send the letter T and the currency abbreviation, e.g. , Teur or Tusd.
